Does the Manager know of any other vacant posts?

  • If they don’t have any vacancies in their own team, do they know if other Team Managers require staff?

Keep in contact

Make sure you keep regular contact with the candidate to ensure that they don’t pull out, continue to build up the rapport

If you feel the candidate is having doubts always throw in some comments that could make it more difficult to pull out
